Our desire is that you fall in love with out product! However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges and returns for refunds. If the wrong item was sent, we will send a replacement item upon receiving a photo of the item that was received in error. If the item is unavailable, we will offer a comparable replacement item or refund.
We only replace items if they are damaged. We currently do not offer exchanges.
